Il Trapezio is 2809 meter high peak in the Natural Park Adamello-Brenta. The peak is located 1.9 km southeast of peak Monte Nero. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Segantini, located 1.5km east-northeast. bivouac Bivacco Brigata Orobica is a bit further away. 3 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Vedretta di Nardis, 6 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Vedretta Cercen.
