Description:
Großer Wilder Hauptgipfel is 2379 meter high peak in the Allgäu Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Germany. The nearest mountain hut is Prinz-Luitpold-Haus, located 3km northeast. A bit closer is Eisseehütte, which is located 2km to the southwest. South-southeast of the summit is the valley Hornbachtal. The peak is located on the ridge Allgäuer Hauptkamm.
