Gradovec is 1692 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.2 km north of peak Veliki Raskovec and west-severowest above the mountain pasture Planina Poljana. The nearest mountain hut is Orožnova koča na planini za Liscem, located 4km east. Closer is hunting cottage Lovska Koča Ventije, which is located 1.1km to the east-northeast. The peak is located south-southeast of the valley Bohinj.
