Gošč is 606 meter high peak. The peak is located 4 km north-northwest of peak Trstenik. The nearest mountain hut is Planinarski dom Žbevnica, located 11km southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Kjukar's log cabin, which is located 8km to the southwest. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Mrzla dolina.
