Description:
Gobba di Ponente is 2221 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 5 km south-southwest from the center of Avoltri and 5 km south-southwest from the center of Forni Avoltri. The nearest mountain hut is Agriturismo Malga Tuglia, located 2.0km north-northeast. Closer is bivouac Ricovero Entralais, which is located 1.1km to the south-southeast. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Val Pesarina.
