Gantkofel - Macaion

Description:
Gantkofel - Macaion is 1866 meter high peak and is part of the Nonsberg Group. The peak is located 3 km south-southwest from the center of Andrian - Andriano and 4 km west-northwest from the center of Missian - Missiano. The nearest mountain hut is Malga di Fondo, located 3km west-southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Pfaunboden, which is located 2km to the south-southeast. Northeast of the summit is the valley Valle dell'Adige - Etschtal.
