Description:
Faden is 2288 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 0.6 km south-southeast of peak Zirbner. The nearest mountain hut is Schlüichalm, located 6km east-northeast. bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte is a bit further away. 8 km northeast of the peak there is lake Eissee. 5 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Rauhkofelkees, 6 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Grasleitenkees. North of the summit is the valley Hundskehle.
