Dürrenstein - Picco di Vallandro is 2842 meter high peakon which a cross stands located in the Dolomites mountain range. The peak is located in country Italy 7 km southeast from the center of Schmieden - Ferrara and 8 km south from the center of Niederdorf - Villabassa. The nearest mountain hut is Dürrensteinhütte - Rifugio di Vallandro, located 4km south-southeast. A little further is Malga Rossalm. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Höhlensteintal - Val di Landro.
