Dos de la vecia is 1198 meter high peak and is part of the mountain group Prealpi Gardesane. The peak is located 0.5 km west of peak Monte Biaina. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio San Pietro, located 3km southwest. A little further is Info Point. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Valle del Sarca.
