Dörfelstein Westgipfel is 1030 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Ennstal Alps. The peak is located 1.2 km east-northeast from the center of Hall and 4 km north-northeast from the center of Admont. The nearest mountain hut is Grabneralm, located 3km northeast. Closer is bivouac Weng Wengerwirt, which is located 2km to the east-southeast. Northeast of the summit is the valley Frenzgraben.
