Description:
Creta Rossa is 2050 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located in country Italy 5 km east-northeast from the center of Timau and 6 km north from the center of Murzalis near the border with Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Pietro Fabiani, located 1.1km east. A little further is bivouac Rifugio Giovanni Morgante. The peak is located above the valley Kronhofgraben.
