Cop de Mez is 2976 meter high peak and is part of the Natural Park Adamello-Brenta. The peak is located 5 km south-southwest of peak Carè Alto. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Trivena, located 3km southeast. A little further is bivouac casina Danerba. Northeast from the summit there is glacier Ghiacciaio del Cop di Casa, 0.6 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Vedretta del Cop di Breguzzo.
