Clap del Jovel

Description:
Clap del Jovel is 1842 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.5 km east-northeast of peak Jôf di Dogna and southwest above the mountain pasture Malga di San Leopoldo. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Fratelli Grego, located 8km east-southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Ricovero Jeluz, which is located 1.5km to the northwest. Northeast of the summit is the valley Val Canale and a marked path leads to the top.
