The peak is located 1.8 km southwest of peak Monte Tremalzo and south-southwest above the mountain pasture Malga Tiarno di Sopra. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Alpini Passo Nota, located 5km east. Closer is bivouac Rifugio Sant'Anna - Cà de Mez, which is located 4km to the northeast. The peak is located east-northeast of the valley Val Lorina.
