Čela is 483 meter high peak. The peak is located in country Slovenia 0.6 km southeast from the center of Prem and 0.7 km north from the center of Smrje. The nearest mountain hut is Planinska koča na Kozleku, located 12km east-southeast. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Mrzla dolina.
