Castelàz is 1446 meter high peak located in the Dolomites mountain range. The peak is located 3 km west-southwest of peak Spiz de San Piero. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Giovanni Angelini, located 3km southwest. Closer is bivouac Pra de Val, which is located 0.9km to the west-northwest. The peak is located east of the valley Val Corpassa.
