Aussergramsenspitz - Cima di Grames di Fuori is 2917 meter high peak in the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 11 km northwest from the center of Piazzola and 11 km south-southwest from the center of Thal. The nearest mountain hut is Lyfialm - Malga Lifi, located 3km north-northwest. A little further is Julius Payer Stadl. 3 km north-northwest of the peak there is lake Zufritt-Stausee - Lago di Gioveretto. 3 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Ultenmarktferner - Vedretta Ultima, 5 km east-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Zufrittferner - Vedretta di Gioveretto.
