Schrummscharte - Passo della Siromba is a saddle at an altitude of 2407 meters in the Ortler Alps. The saddle is located 6 km southeast from the center of Sankt Gertraud - Santa Gertrude and 6 km north-northwest from the center of Bresimo and 1.2 km south-southwest of peak Stübele - Cima Stubele. The nearest mountain hut is Malga Lavazzè, located 3km east. A little further is bivouac Malga Bordolona di Sotto. The saddle is located north of the valley Valle di Bresimo.
