Description:
Mäuerlscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2333 meters and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Enzianhütte - Rifugio Genziana, located 3km southwest. A bit closer is Grubbergalm, which is located 2.0km to the southeast. Northwest of the saddle is the valley Wipptal. The saddle is located below the ridge Tuxer Hauptkamm.
