Fresnapass - Passo Fresna is a saddle at an altitude of 1462 meters and is part of the Ortler Alps. The saddle is located 3 km south-southeast of peak Mandelspitz - Monte Ometto. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Maddalene, located 3km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Bait dal Batista. The saddle is located above the valley Val Lavazzè.
