Forcella Sora la Cengia del Banco is a saddle at an altitude of 2416 meters located in the Dolomites mountain range. The saddle is located 1.0 km south-southeast of peak Punta Nera. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Capanna Tondi, located 2km northwest. Closer is bivouac Biv. G. Slataper, which is located 1.9km to the southeast. 0.8 km east from the saddle there is glacier Ghiaccaiao Occidentale, 8 km southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Ghiacciaio dell'Antelao. Southeast of the saddle is the valley Valle di San Vito.
