Description:
Forcella Sabbiosa is a saddle at an altitude of 2440 meters located in the Dolomites mountain range. The saddle is located 7 km west from the center of Giralba and 12 km west-northwest of Auronzo di Cadore. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Fonda Savio, located 0.8km northwest. Capanna Carducci is a bit further away. 3 km west of the saddle there is lake Lago di Misurina. The saddle is located north-northeast of the valley Valle di San Vito.
