Description:
Forcella Pièltinis is a saddle at an altitude of 1881 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle to which the marked trail leads is located 3 km north from the center of Sauris di Sotto and 3 km northeast from the center of Sauris di Sopra and 0.6 km east of peak Monte Pièltinis. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Eimblat de Ribn, located 2km southeast. Closer is bivouac Casera Vinadia Grande, which is located 0.8km to the north-northwest. Northwest of the saddle is the valley Val Pesarina.
