Description of church:
The new St. Michael's Church in Rute (Zavrh) is located above Medvedji Dol. Beside the church is the grave of Carinthian Governor Jörg Haider, who died in a car accident on October 11, 2008.
The old church is located at 1,142 meters elevation, from which a fine view opens up of the central Karawanks.
