Šum waterfall (also Nemilje Šum) is the largest stream waterfall in Slovenia and falls or slides 25 m deep. The waterfall is at its most watery in spring, when the snow melts, and after heavi rains. The waterfall is reached by a well-maintained path from Zgornja Besnica, more precisely from the hamlet of Nova vas.
