Štrukljev vrh is, alongside Špik (1,108 m) and Basališče (1,272 m), one of the three main peaks of Paški Kozjak, a roughly 10 km long, narrow and very steep limestone ridge between the gorges of the Paka and Hudinja rivers. The tripoint of the municipalities of Mislinja, Vitanje and Dobrna lies in the area of Štrukljev vrh. Štrukljev vrh is the highest peak of the municipality of Dobrna. There is a bench and a box with a summit logbook and stamp on the summit.
