Description of mountain hut:
The Rifugio Biella Hut (Seekofel Hütte) is located below the slopes of the Croda del Beco peak in the Parco Naturale d'Ampezzo. From the hut you have a very nice view towards the summit of Croda Rossa, and you can also see the Tofana and Lavarella mountain groups. The hut has 46 beds and there is also a winter bivouac near the hut. The hut was built in 1907 and was originally called Eggerer Hütte.
