Kurešček

Description of mountain:
Kurešček is an 826 m high peak located south of Ig and southwest of Želimlje. From the summit, where a church stands, there is no view due to the nearby forest. In recent years, Kurešček has become an increasingly popular pilgrimage destination, as the church dedicated to the Virgin Mary (Queen of Peace) is visited by believers from all over Slovenia and abroad.
