Hochstein is a 925 m high mountain in the western part of the Graz Mountains, in Styria, Austria.
It is located north-west of the town of Gratwein. A hunting trail leads from the Rein Monastery to the summit.
There is a small cross at the top. From the top there is a beautiful view towards Gratkorn and the surrounding hills of the Graz Hills.
