Hochalm

Description of hut:
The Hochalm mountain pasture is located at 1705 meters in the Wetterstein mountain group. On the pasture there is also the lower station of the Hochalmbahn cableway and the Gasthof Hochalm guesthouse. From the pasture there is a very nice view of the nearby peaks, with Alpspitze standing out especially. As it is located by a ski area, it is very well visited in winter too.
