Gora svete Eme (Junska gora) / Hemmaberg

Description of mountain:
Gora sv. Eme (Junska gora) / Hemmaberg is located south of the village Podjuna / Jaunstein. On the summit stands the church of St. Ema (Hema) Krške, and next to it are renovated ruins of former churches. A little below the summit is the cave of St. Rozalija / Rossliengrotte and within it a spring of healing water / Quelle bei Rosaliengrotte. From the top, a beautiful view opens up towards Podjuna / Jauntal and surrounding mountains.
Due to the danger of falling rocks, access to the cave of St. Rozalija and the spring is not possible (January 2019).
