Access to starting point:
From Tolmin we drive towards Tolminske Ravne. In the settlement Žabče we turn right among the houses. Immediately after a long left bend we park somewhere. There are not many parking options along the road. One spot is at the starting point, a few more a little further ahead, on the right side of the road (46.19020, 13.74350).
Route description:
The paths from both parking lots soon join. We follow the blazes towards the mountain pasture Razor. The photos were taken from the starting point. The path runs mostly through the forest and ascends gently but steadily in shorter or longer switchbacks. After about an hour, at the junction we continue right (left leads the path to Žabijski vrh). At the end of the final ascent turn left (sign "klopca"), while the path to the right continues to the mountain pastures Lom and Razor.
