Za Malim vrhom - Kravja Črna gora

Access to starting point:
On the Bohinj side of the road Bohinjska Bistrica - Sorica between the parking lot below Soriška planina and the crossroad of the road for Škofja Loka right (from the direction Bohinjska Bistrica - Sorica) forest road in the direction of the mountain hut Orožnova koča branches off. The turn-off is marked with red mountain signpost. The road then brings us to the first crossroad, where we continue left. Also at the second crossroad we continue left and follow the road ahead to the parking lot near the hunting cottage Za Malim vrhom below the saddle Vrh Bače.

Route description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the forest road by which we've parked. The road soon makes a sharp left turn and then it brings us to a ski track (which starts already at the left turn). The road here changes into a cart track which is at first gently and then moderately ascending on a ski track (while the ski slope operates, walking on the ski slope is forbidden). After 40 minutes of walking, the path brings us to the saddle between Krevl and Kravja Črna gora. Here we continue ahead on a wide cart track which after few minutes brings us to the upper station of two-seater chairlift on Kobla. Further, we continue by the edge of the ski slope slightly downwards towards Bohinj side but only to a spot, where passage on the south side of the ski slope branches off to the right. Here on a smaller saddle we leave the path and go left on pathless terrain upwards. During the ascent, we stick to a wide ridge, which out of the forest brings us on the upper slope of the mountain. Further, orientation isn't difficult and we reach the peak without problems after few minutes of walking.
The last part of the path is in snow dangerous for slipping.
