Veliko Tinje - Sveti Urh (Urh)

Access to starting point:
We drive into the center of Slovenska Bistrica, where at the traffic-light intersection we turn in the direction of the health home and further drive along Partizanska cesta. This is followed by driving through the town, where we continue straight ahead, at the periphery of the town at the industrial zone we head onto the road towards Tinje, Sveti trije kralji and Črno jezero. This is followed by an ascent on a somewhat narrower asphalt road which starts to ascend and first leads past the Lovska koča pizzeria Gams, higher we go also through the settlement Visole, and a few kilometers higher we arrive in Zgornje Tinje, where we continue left and then on the periphery of the settlement we park at Dom krajanov and the Tinje fire station.

Route description:
From the starting point we walk to the church, where the first blazes appear, and we ascend the stairs to the church, which we bypass on the left side. Behind the church we cross the access road and continue along the hedge and then through the meadow return to the asphalt road, up which we ascend to an unmarked crossroad. From the crossroad we continue on the right upper road, along which on the right we notice a blaze. A little further we arrive at a few more houses, where we go right on a cart track which ascends transversely above the road. Through the forest at the forks we follow the blazes, a few minutes higher we leave the forest and continue the ascent on the path which continues along the edge of the forest. Higher the path turns right and returns into the forest, through which we ascend to an asphalt road which we reach at a smaller crossroad, where we leave the markings.
We continue across the main road onto the side road in the direction of Urh (to the left continues a marked path towards Sveti trije kralji, to the right leads the road to Zgornje Tinje), on which we ascend transversely through the forest, quickly leave the forest and walk past individual homesteads of the Urh settlement. Higher the path returns into a dense forest, and from the right also joins an unmarked path from the settlement Turiška vas na Pohorju.
We continue on the asphalt road which a little ahead makes a left hairpin turn and after the hairpin turn brings us to a smaller crossroad, where we continue slightly right (slightly left homestead Korant).
Next follows a shorter ascent through the forest and we arrive at a more level part, where on the right side we notice the church of St. Urh, which is approximately a minute's walk from the road.
