Trdnjava Kluže - Mladinski izobraževalni center v Bavšici (by road)

Access to starting point:
From Bovec, we drive towards the border crossing Predel. After a few kilometers along the road we notice the fortress Kluže and next to it a parking lot, where we park.

Route description:
On the opposite side of the river from where the fortress Kluže is situated we will notice a crossroad, where signs for Bavšica direct us onto a somewhat narrower road. The road, which is mostly slightly ascending, brings us after some time to the village Spodnja Bavšica, where we notice unusual signposts (on the signposts are written directions and distances of known world places). We continue on the asphalt road, which after a good hour of walking from the starting point brings us to a smaller crossroad, where the asphalt ends. Here we continue on the right road (left Briceljk), which in a few minutes of additional walking brings us to the youth educational centre in Bavšica.
