Access to starting point:
From Medvode we drive to the village Sora, where we go towards the village Topol (Katarina). The road leads us past the inn Legastja (on the right side of the road) and approximately 1 km later brings us to a smaller crossroads, where the road towards the tourist farm Gonte branches off to the right. We follow the road ahead straight, and then it makes a sharp right turn and ascends more steeply. We follow this road to the parking lot by the road a little before the farm. Parking in front of the farm is only for guests.
Route description:
From the farm Gonte we continue right in the direction of Tošč (left Polhograjska Grmada) on a wide cart track, from which already after a few meters a marked footpath branches off to the left. We continue the ascent on the mentioned footpath, which passes into the forest and starts moderately ascending. The path ahead crosses some panoramic grassy slopes, and then passes onto the ridge of Mali Tošč, whose summit we reach after a few minutes.
From Mali Tošč follows a short descent, and then the path brings us to a smaller saddle, where the path from Govejka joins us from the right. We continue in the direction of Tošč on a somewhat steeper path, which we then follow through the forest all the way to the summit of the 1021 m high Tošč.
Along the route: Mali Tošč (902m)

It's beautiful here. Just like Marija says. But there are always many visitors (Ljubljana surroundings are noticeable) so the other claim of the previous guest is not true. That's why her coffee ratings are purely her personal taste.

Nice afternoon hike . Crowds probably only on weekends, today during the week none were noticed. Views are nicer along the trail than from the summit. At the summit there's a summit logbook and stamp with ink pad.

Yesterday we "missed" the path and continued along the cart track towards Govejka. Somewhere halfway along the cart track, another path leads towards Tošč, which joins the path from Gont at the saddle between Mali and Veliki Tošč. So if someone else "misses" the path right after Gontami, they can take this path, it seems to me even a bit easier, at least for small children.

You probably went past the Omejc farm and to the ridge between the Tošč summits. The Dom na Govejku is quite a bit further back, up from Legastje, where there is no shortcut to Tošč. There you go to Tošč only via Gontarsko planina and Veliki Babik.

The cart track from the Gonte farm leads towards Kozjek and via Igle, marked path to Govejek. About half an hour after the Gonte farm, a path branches off that leads to the saddle between M. and V. Tošč and that's where Cvicek went up. If he had started from Omejca, dear Viharnik, he would have "missed" already soon into Ločnica... this way he only missed the first junction to Tošč right after the bend at Gontah. I agree though, more suitable path for children, but a bit longer. LP B

Yeah, I understand, but Cviček describes the path to Govejek from "Gont", which is where he approached from, representing at least two hours of walking distance. Now I understand that they were already at the Gonts themselves. But yeah, I know those paths and trails, since I've walked them countless times since I was little.
