Access to starting point:
We drive to the center of Dravograd (from Maribor along the Dravska Valley or from Velenje through Slovenj Gradec), where signs for Ojstrica direct us onto the road which after 6.5 km brings us to the church of St. John the Baptist on Ojstrica, near which we park on the parking lot.
Route description:
From the parking lot at the church, we continue along the asphalt road, along which we quickly arrive at a marked intersection, beside which there are numerous signposts.
We continue right (straight, the usual path to Košenjak) in the direction of the chapel of St. Urban. The path ahead leads us along a quite panoramic road, which at the crossroads we follow in the direction towards St. Urban.
Behind the Lonhtar farm we leave the signs for St. Urban and continue left on a cart track in the direction towards Košenjak.
The path ahead leads us along a wider newer cart track, along which we ascend quite steeply, then we go left on a marked path, which higher up returns to the wider cart track. There follow a few junctions, where we follow the blazes, then through a somewhat thinner forest we reach the hunting cottage Bivak Piramida.
