Access to starting point:
A) From the Ljubljana - Obrežje highway, take the Trebnje west exit, then continue driving towards Mirna. In Mirna, continue left in the direction of Gabrovka, then drive along the road to the settlement Selo pri Mirni. The start of the path is at the intersection where the road branches off to the right towards Žunovec and Kozjak. There are no designated parking spaces at the starting point.
B) From the Obrežje - Ljubljana highway, take the Trebnje east exit, then continue driving towards Mirna. In Mirna, continue left in the direction of Gabrovka, then drive along the road to the settlement Selo pri Mirni. The start of the path is at the intersection where the road branches off to the right towards Žunovec and Kozjak. There are no designated parking spaces at the starting point.
C) From Radeče or Sevnica, drive to Mirna, from there continue right in the direction of Gabrovka, then drive along the road to the settlement Selo pri Mirni. The start of the path is at the intersection where the road branches off to the right towards Žunovec and Kozjak. There are no designated parking spaces at the starting point.
D) First drive to Litija, from there continue towards the settlement Šmartno pri Litiji and further towards Gabrovka and Mirna. When you arrive at the settlement Selo pri Mirni, pay attention to the left branch of the road towards Žunovec and Kozjak. At the mentioned intersection, the path or road to the church of St. Peter begins. There are no designated parking spaces at the starting point.
Route description:
From the starting point or from the main road, head onto the narrower asphalt road in the direction of the settlements Žunovec and Kozjak. The road first ascends through the village, then brings us to more open terrain, from where a view already opens up towards the church of St. Peter. At a smaller saddle by the power line pole, continue left onto the side road, along which we then pass some smaller vineyards and higher up pass a few houses with nice views and quickly arrive at the church of St. Peter.
