Access to starting point:
We drive to Luče (to here from Mozirje or over the mountain pass Volovljek) and further towards Logarska dolina. From the main road, we turn towards Robanov kot. After approximately 1200 meters of asphalt we get to the parking lot at the farm Robanova kmetija where we park.
Route description:
We go on a macadam road towards Robanova planina. At first past a meadow and then through the forest in 10 minutes we come to a crossing: straight ahead Robanova planina, and we turn left in the direction of the partisan hospital. We soon step on a wide gravel terrain, we continue straight in the direction of a bigger rock with a blaze, and then towards the left a little less than 100 meters where blazes point us left into the forest. The path is at first gentle, and then becomes increasingly steep. After 45 minutes we are at the partisan hospital, the marked path ends here. And our path goes ahead straight upwards or left by the forested ridge. After about 50 altitude meters, the path turns right. We cross a slope to the forested ridge, then we descend a little and we cross two gullies. In the second gully on a big boulder there is an orange-red trail blaze. It is intended for climbers, because through the gully left upwards leads the access to the wall. And we go right through the gully in the direction of sawn trees. The path continues through the forest to the saddle, where we turn left on the forested ridge (behind us there is a big rock - picture 18). The path passes into grass, follows traversing of a steep slope, further to a small saddle and before the panoramic edge (picture 22) left, in zigzags among trees and rocks to another small saddle with a panoramic edge (picture 23). From here we already see the gully with a large rocky barrier, we continue left through the grass and the forest to the gully. We cross the gully and we go past a trunk with black plastic tube on the top. We turn left upwards on a steep slope (27) to a saddle, and from there diagonally left upwards (28) past a tree fork of unusual shape (29). We continue left upwards without a path through the forest to the next forested saddle, there we go left and descend approximately 70 altitude meters on a steep slope (30) towards the steep gully on the left. In the gully there is a rocky jump (31), approximately 10 meters below it we look for a passage (32) to the other side where there is a path among dwarf pines. The path (33) leads us among dwarf pines to the bottom of a big hollow (amphitheater), we continue towards the right. On the path we cross the gully and turn into the forest. The steep slope higher closes with rocks, we look for a passage (37) and continue through dwarf pines towards the left, where we again encounter a path. We head under the wall left (38). We continue mostly along the wall and passages in dwarf pines. The path, where it is still visible, is mostly overgrown, we walk on pathless terrain. We cross a larger gully (41), on a vegetated ridge a view opens (42) on the path towards the next larger gully. From the ridge we descend through dense dwarf pines and step on a well-visible path. It leads us along the wall and through dwarf pines into the gully, here the path ends. We cross the gully and continue right by the wall around the edge to the next gully. Through the gully in easy climbing (I) 30 m left upwards (43). On the right we will notice a path, this is the approach past Robanova planina.
Through the gully (44) we go another 20 m upwards, then across left over the vegetated edge, where we pick up the path that brings us to the steep grassy gully. Through the gully we ascend straight upwards, higher we turn to the left to the grassy edge (47). Here we again step on the path, the path ahead is mostly well visible, and cut branches also help us. Higher the path is steeper, cut through dwarf pines. Above the large red rocky hollow we continue through cut dwarf pines steeply upwards to a smaller clearing, where through a short strip of dwarf pines we step on the path that comes from Polšakova planina. We turn left and stick to the cut path to the top.

There is no marked path to Križevnik.

The path is without special features and normally passable.

It is very demanding in terms of orientation. If you miss the right gully and continue traversing, there are also occasionally visible hunters' paths further on, which "lead you" too far. Steep sections! Rope is not superfluous. The signal is spotty, data doesn't work. Be careful and good luck.

I agree. This "path" is by no means normally passable. The description from "amphitheater" onwards under Križevnik wall isn't the clearest to me. From there on, there's a quite visible path to the right. At least to the gully, via which the approach from Robanova planina is.

With this "path" it's like this, sometimes the path is there, other times it's not. I myself didn't find it at first. I didn't want to make the description too long, if I wanted to describe all details, the description would be at least twice as long. Whoever is interested in this path should contact me via ZS, we can form a small group and go together. Those asking for GPS track: I don't use navigation.

Definitely in this gully one of the longer and more demanding approaches to the main wall runs. Last time with Tone we missed the junction, even though I've approached there many times before. Maybe the mushrooms were to blame. Then we traversed up and around just before the “amphitheater” to catch the little path to the bivouac.
