Ribnik - Debenji vrh

Access to starting point:
From the eastern Ljubljana bypass, we head to the exit Ljubljana - east and continue driving along Zaloška cesta in the direction of Zalog. Further, we drive on the main road, and as soon as we cross the river Ljubljanica, we turn sharply to the right onto a narrow road. The road brings us again to the other side of the railway track and soon becomes macadam. We follow this road all the way to the larger parking lot at Ribnik pod Debnim vrhom.

Route description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the left northern side of the pond and then continue right into the forest. After a few tens of meters of light ascent, we are again at a crossing of several paths. This time we go left on the path marked with double red lines.
From the crossing, we start to ascend somewhat more steeply and along the path we will also notice marks in the shape of a red star on this section. After a short ascent, we join a somewhat wider path and continue right. Here the path leads us past a swing on a tree and ascends relatively steeply through the forest. Further on, we always follow the path marked with double red lines. Shortcuts also branch off from the path several times. We continue to follow the wide path, which higher up ascends several times in long hairpins, then a little below the summit it joins the marked path from Pečar.
At the crossing, we continue left and only a few meters of ascent to the summit remain.
