Access to starting point:
We drive to Kamnik and follow the road ahead towards the valley of Kamniška Bistrica. Approximately 2 km after the bottom station of the cable car to Velika planina, we will notice a parking lot and mountain signposts for Presedljaj, Konj and Korošica on the right side of the road (the parking lot is located behind the bridge).
Route description:
From the parking lot, we head onto the footpath in the direction of Presedljaj, Korošica and Konj. After a few dozen steps of walking, the path leads us to a wide slightly ascending cart track, which we then follow uphill through the valley. After a good half an hour of walking, a path branches off to the left from the marked path towards the Orglice waterfall. We follow this path, which is no longer marked, to the waterfall. We have another approximately 10 minutes to get there. The last meters below the waterfall are a little steeper.

Beautiful and easy forest path. On such a muggy day as today, it's really nice to walk by the water.

The path is not too difficult, and there is also a nice view of Kamniško Belo. Timotej 6.9.2007

From the parking lot you don't need to go back along the road, because there is a forest path leading to the junction with the path mentioned in the description. The last meters before the waterfall are quite steep, rocks wet, risk of slipping.

Pleasant trip, children were thrilled. Unfortunately the waterfall had shamefully little water. It would be worth waiting for rain...

Today's family trip with our youngest to the Orglice waterfall was truly magnificent. In the lower part of Bela there is a lot of water, in between it sinks and completely disappears, in the upper part however water joyfully gurgles again. After abundant rain and large amount of water, it really pays to go see the mentioned waterfall. The path was nice, dry, in the very upper part slippery and wet (path to the very top of the waterfall). I recommend for a trip with the youngest. LP Andrej

I was here yesterday on the way to Šraj pesek. Unfortunately, there is no waterfall, just a wet rock. You can tell we had an extremely dry spring. There was a lot of visitors, even with small children, but they were somewhat disappointed because there was no water anywhere.

Hi. My son and I were up there the day before yesterday. I haven't seen so much water since May 1st for a very long time, and we've been going up there for 30 years. So if you want to get right to the waterfall, you have to make a bit of an effort.

Oh, I have to say that they could at least put a sign at the junction where it splits towards Konj.... to the left Slap Orglice.

I'm wondering if there's any water left after this heat?

Unfortunately no. You're at least a month too late.

The path is very well marked with signposts to the waterfall and the nearby partisan hospital.

Hello! You can see the current conditions on the trail to the waterfall in the video from 0:30 onwards 🙂 https://youtu.be/piD2eikuUz8?si=QBcsgESeT-o9Fb6N At the starting point, we head onto the marked trail towards Presedljaj and Konj. We follow the wide sandy path along the bed of Kamniška Bela until we reach the first junction, from where we can make a loop past Slap Orglice. At the junction, go left, the sign says ALSO Slap Orglice. Continue following the marked trail on the thematic educational path. As soon as we pass the pilot's grave, head right down across the dry riverbed and then continue up that path in the previous direction; after 5-10 minutes we reach Slap Orglice. I didn't climb to the highest point of the waterfall for safety reasons, the rocks were wet and slippery. Nevertheless, the waterfall is worth seeing. I returned on the parallel path, also marked, which joins at the sign ALSO Slap Orglice, where we turned left onto the thematic path. I tried to explain this in the video too. Best, Nina
