Potoška vas - Sveta planina (Partizanski vrh)

Access to starting point:
From the Ljubljana-Celje highway, we exit at Zagorje and drive to the roundabout in the center of the town, where we take the direction of Prapreče. We drive on the main road, where we turn in the direction of Čemšenik. We drive past Europark and after Europark we turn in the direction of Potoška vas. On a serpentine road we get to the junction with the road which comes from the direction of Trbovlje or Klek and at that junction we park.

Route description:
From the parking lot by the road before the spot for garbage containers we turn right into the forest. Markers and wooden stairs assist us. We follow the blazes through the forest until we come out of the forest to the farm. We go past the farm steeply uphill and on the macadam road above the holiday cottages into the forest. We follow the forest path to the sign on the tree for Planina (poorly marked). From here on, there are no more blazes, so we follow a beaten forest path upwards, as if walking in a "trough". After approx. 20 minutes we join the marked path, which comes from the direction of Trbovlje. We follow the blazes and higher we again step out of the forest, where in front of us we already notice the church of the Holy Mary and a little further the inn Planina. From the inn or the little church, only a short ascent remains to the top of Sveta planina.

The trip can be extended to the following destinations: Sveti Lenart (Vrhe), Koča na Čemšeniški planini, Javor, Črni vrh (Čemšeniška planina)
