Access to starting point:
From Kobarid we drive towards Bovec or vice versa. Before and after the bridge Boka there is a parking lot on which we park.
Route description:
By the road, on the left bank of Boka we will notice signs for the source of Boka, which direct us to an initially gentle path that passes into a strip of forest. After a few minutes of walking, the path ascends somewhat more steeply and brings us to an unmarked junction, where we continue on the right unmarked footpath. The path ahead turns a little more to the right and becomes completely flat. After a few minutes of further walking, the path brings us to the torrential riverbed of Mala Boka. We continue left along the riverbed, but the passage is interrupted by a steep rocky section. From the spot where the passage is interrupted by the steep rocky section, we can without difficulty observe the entrance to Golobjo jamo, which is some kind of entrance to the better known Mala Boka.
Without caving equipment and a guide, access to the cave is not possible.

The junction (red mark on the rock bottom left is key orientation) in photo five leads directly to the cave entrance, without walking in the streambed (suitable for everyone therefore) as described in the description. One option is to turn right already about a minute from the main road at the (marked) junction. This path actually leads to the streambed and as written in the description, turn left and go along the streambed further (walking on rocks, especially wet ones requires some skill and caution) until we reach the 'rock step' from the description, which is man-made. From there the entrance is poorly visible, but any average hiker who masters about I, I+ climbing grade can easily climb up the left side and reach the spot where the path from the junction in photo 5 arrives. The description is one thing, the photos another or a bit mixed. Of course we can make a loop path, to the cave along the streambed and down the 'normal' way.

Sorry, I meant the junction in photo 6.
