Martinje (Športni center Martinje) - Tromejnik / Dreiländerecke / Harmashatar

Access to starting point:
A) We drive to Murska Sobota, then continue driving towards the border crossing Hodoš. In Gornji Petrovci, from a somewhat larger crossroads, we continue left in the direction of the settlements Kuzma and Martinje. Before the beginning of the settlement Martinje, we turn right onto a larger parking lot by the cemetery and Sports Center Martinje, where we park.
B) We drive to Kuzma, then follow the road towards Petrovci. At the end of the settlement Martinje (road sign with the inscription Trdkova Martinje), we also drive past the Sports Center Martinje; at the nearby cemetery, we turn left and park on a larger parking lot.

Route description:
From the parking lot, we head onto the road that branches off from the main road towards the northwest and alongside which there are signs for Tromejnik. At first, we moderately descend along the asphalt road, then the road flattens and brings us out of the forest. A little further on, we arrive at the settlement Trdkova, where we begin to ascend gently; during the ascent, we pass by a few houses and the belfry in Trdkova.
From the crossroads behind the belfry, we go slightly right, then a shorter easy descent follows. The path ahead starts ascending again, and at the bench it splits.
To the left, a path a few steps long to the Eucharistic cross branches off, while we continue straight towards the tripoint. At first we still walk on the asphalt road, but after the last houses the road turns into a poor macadam road. The path ahead leads past the hunting observatory and enters the forest, where it turns into a cart track. Through the forest we follow the blazes, and the path begins to descend diagonally. Lower down, the path flattens and a little further joins a macadam road, where we join the more visited path.
We continue right and in a few minutes ascend to Tromejnik, which is located at the tripoint between Slovenia, Austria and Hungary.
