Koča pod slapom Rinka - Dom na Okrešlju (Pastirska pot)

Access to starting point:
We drive to Luče (from Mozirje or over Kranjski rak) and onwards towards Logarska dolina. Soon after the village Solčava we come to a crossroads, where the road to Logarska dolina branches off to the left. We turn left towards Logarska dolina (toll payment) and drive along the road to the parking lot at Koča pod slapom Rinka, where we park.

Route description:
From the parking lot, we go on a wide tourist path in the direction of the Rinka waterfall. After ten meters we come to a junction, where we continue right in the direction of Pastirska pot on Okrešelj. We quickly start ascending in zigzags on a steeper and steeper slope upwards. On some spots along the path there are still fallen trees, which aren't hard to cross anywhere. After a good half an hour of walking, the path turns to the left and crosses a torrent, along which we were ascending all the time. For some time we cross steeper slopes, then they level out. After crossing two more torrents (one smaller and one bigger) the path brings us into a short stretch of dwarf pines. To the junction, where we join the normal path to Okrešelj, it is less than two minutes of walking. We soon come to the source of Savinja. After a short ascent through a dense forest the path flattens and brings us to Frischaufov dom.
