Kamnik - Visoka špica (direct way)

Access to starting point:
Along the Kamnik bypass we drive from the direction of Ljubljana towards Tuhinj. At the first traffic-light intersection we turn right towards the health home, where we park the car on a larger parking lot.

Route description:
From the parking lot, we go straight past the health home and then right on a narrow asphalt road to a smaller workers' container, where we turn left into the forest. The trail leads into a deep forested gully, but immediately veers sharply left and then right again. For a few tens of meters we walk parallel and almost horizontally above the already mentioned gully, then we turn left and ascend fairly straight to a transverse path (cart track), which leads to Stari grad. Here we turn right and go straight along the cart track for a few tens of meters to the first intersection, where we turn left. After a few tens of meters we are again at an intersection. Both paths lead us to a transverse asphalt road, which runs from Kamnik to Stari grad. We cross it and steeply ascend the upper forested slope of Visoka špica. Both mentioned paths join again into one, along which we soon reach the panoramic summit, with numerous panoramic benches and summit register.
