Access to starting point:
From Razdrto we drive on the highway towards Nova Gorica or vice versa and head to the Vipava exit. We follow the road ahead towards Vipava and Gradišče. In the village Gradišče we notice the first mountain signposts, which we follow to a larger parking lot above the village Gradišče.
Route description:
From the parking lot, we head onto the path in the direction of Gradiška Tura and Abram. A wide and easy path quickly brings us to the first junction, where we continue right towards St. Miklavž (slightly left Gradiška Tura). A fairly easy path leads us past numerous climbing areas towards the south. The path, which then ascends somewhat more steeply a few times, brings us out of the forest after half an hour of walking, where we spot the little church of St. Miklavž ahead of us. There follows only a gentle ascent to the church, which we reach in less than 3 minutes.
From the church, we continue on the macadam road, which first descends slightly, then ascends slightly. We follow this road to the place where we notice numerous signposts. We continue the ascent sharply left onto the footpath in the direction of Abram. The path continues through the forest and ascends quite steeply. There follows a short crossing of panoramic scree, after which the path ascends even more steeply. The steep path then quickly brings us to the panoramic Konj, where there is also a logbook box, stamp and small chapel.
From Konj we continue on the path, which first ascends slightly, then descends to a forest road, which we follow to the right towards Abram. We soon leave the road we are walking on, as the blazes direct us left onto a wide footpath, which crosses a strip of forest, then brings us over a grassy slope to two stone houses. Soon after the houses, the path brings us back to the road, where we continue left. After a few dozen steps on the road, we notice the sign for Abram, which directs us right across a large meadow. The path then begins to ascend moderately over extensive slightly vegetated grassy slopes. We follow this path, which turns sharply left a little below Abram and joins the path from Vipava and Gradišče a little below the shelter, to the forest road, which brings us to our destination in a few steps.

Discussion about the trip Gradišče - Furlanovo zavetišče pri Abramu (via Konj)

Yesterday hiked in warm sunny weather, return circular via Gradiška tura and descent to Gradišče. The descent from Gradiška tura quite spoiled the overall trip impression. If opting for circular, recommend opposite direction i.e. first Gradiška tura, then to Abram (Furlanovo zavetišče) and return via described path. Nice trip already just ascent to Konja and back. Also regarding the bear at Abram: living example of animal torture!

Today I was returning along this path from Abram towards Gradišče (so in the opposite direction). The path is fully marked, even if some mark is missing, the trodden path helps, for the direction Konj (from Abram) you basically follow the marked path to Podnanos and then a little above that village you turn, at a very well-marked junction (in the description: "where we notice numerous signposts" and 11th picture), towards Vipava or Gradiška tour. The paths are also drawn on the Nanos 1:50.000 map. Good luck

Last Sunday we returned via this described path from Abram past Gradišče to Vipava. Thus we nicely circled the ascent from Vipava via Stari grad, which unfortunately isn't described on these pages yet. The path was completely dry overall, but the bora already blew us quite nicely, although it wasn't as strong yet as these days. More impressions and detailed path description here.
