Dolga vas - Piramida (Lendavske gorice)

Access to starting point:
We leave the Pomurska motorway at the junction for Dolga vas, where we drive for a short time on the fast road H7, from which we take the first exit for Dolga vas. When we arrive in Dolga vas we go past the cemetery, where there is a marked parking lot, but parking is allowed only for visitors of the cemetery. We drive to the other side of the cemetery, where at the crossroads we go left (right Lendava) and then we park on the eastern side of the cemetery.

Route description:
From the parking lot, we first carefully cross the main road, then we go right towards Lendava. Already after a few steps we go left on a side road, by which there are signs for tower Vinarium and Opekarniška pot. Next follows an ascent past the fire station, and on the part where the road runs through the forest, we arrive at a marked junction, where Opekarniška pot branches off to the left.
We continue on the road, which higher ascends past a few houses and brings us to a signpost, after which at a smaller crossroads we continue straight. Further on we walk between occasional houses, at crossroads we follow the blazes and signs for Opekarniška pot.
Higher, we go twice left in the direction of tower Vinarium (right Sv. Trojica and Lendava), then from the next crossroads we continue straight and in a few minutes of further ascent we climb to tower Vinarium.
From the lookout tower we continue in the direction of the pyramid, we on the road which lightly ascends, after approximately 10 minutes of further walking we arrive at the pyramid, which is located on the highest point of Lendavske gorice.
