Access to starting point:
Leave the A1 motorway at the Split exit, then proceed along the expressway following signs to the Split ferry port. There purchase tickets for Vis island. After a 2.5-hour ferry ride, arrive in Vis town, where follow signs for Komiža. The road leads to an intersection above Vis town; continue sharply left towards Rukavac. The road climbs transversely to a saddle with a cross. Then the road gently descends through several hairpins into Plisko Polje. Continue to Podšpilje, where turn right towards Titova Špilja, Hum and Žena glava. At the next intersection, where it goes right to Žena glava, continue left towards Hum. Drive through Borovik, then the road climbs more steeply transversely towards Hum. Upon reaching the sharp left bend, spot signs for Titova špilja, where park. The area is named Borovic
Route description:
From the starting point head onto the paved path towards Titova špilja and Hum. The path climbs with the help of steps. After just over 10 minutes of walking along the stone-surrounded paved path, arrive at a junction, where the path to the western Titova špilja branches left (1 minute). Continue right and in 2 minutes of walking up steps reach Titova špilja, from where some views open over the southern part of the island.
