Access to starting point:
Leave the A1 motorway at the Split exit. Continue on the expressway towards Split, then proceed along the Adriatic Highway to the town of Omiš. After crossing the bridge over the Cetina River, watch for the left turn-off. When the sea reappears on the right, turn left towards Borke. The steep, narrow and winding road leads through Borko; upon reaching the end of the village, the road climbs very steeply above the village, where we park at a bend by the road. The road then becomes gravelled and ends.
Route description:
From the starting point, follow the road which loses its asphalt surface and ends at a house. Continue behind the house on the path, which first gently ascends through the forest. Soon it turns into a kind of scree slope. The path then enters a wide torrent gully. Ascend along it for a while, taking care not to stray too far left, as many animal tracks lead to the bottom of the gully. The path climbs over a few short rocky steps and reaches a wide ridge. Ascend along it for another approximately 20 minutes, mostly through a pine thicket. Ever better views open towards Omiš. Reach a marked junction, where the path branches left to Kula, right towards Sveti Vid and Lokvami. Continue towards Kula and in one minute of further walking arrive at Luda kuća.

Omiš and Neretva are quite far apart. The river we cross is Cetina.

Thanks for the warning. I have corrected the name of the river.
